We pay special attention to metrics involving our 性别包容住房 options and housing chosen/offered to students living in on-campus housing that we partner with SAS to accommodate.

衡量进展的计划: 每一次冲突都是独一无二的，所以每一种情况下的成功和进步也是独一无二的. Our ultimate end goal in conflict mediation is to make each individual's living environment more 舒适的 and ease the impact of the conflicts. We are often successful in helping students gain the skills they need to communicate more clearly and continue to resolve issues. 然而, 如果一种情况被认为对任何人都太有害或不安全, 决议可能导致占用变化.

  1. 我为什么要这么做? Students will identify the benefits of engaging in their community and recognize the importance of their role impacting a community.
